How to Break Out of a Negative Cycle

Most people are frustrated with the results they have in life. They are not satisfied where they are and want more but they don’t know how to go about getting it or changing their position in life. It can be a very challenging thing especially since we were not taught how to do it. The bottom line is that it’s not your fault but that still doesn’t make us feel any better because we still are not getting what we want.

If you’re not getting what you want in your life, the question you have to ask is, “How do I break out of that negative (or failure or mediocrity) cycle? How do I escape from that seemingly endless loop?

You break out of it by becoming aware of what you are thinking. You become conscious of your thoughts and beliefs and the results they are producing in your life. If you are not achieving the results you desire you use that discomfort to make the decision to choose new thoughts and ideals. You become aware that some of your beliefs are not serving you, so you choose to change them. Even though there’s a cycle, once you become aware of it you can take charge of it and take control of your life.

Lately I get a lot of questions about the Law of Attraction and if it really works 100% of the time. Many people think they are applying it in their lives and are getting results that are totally opposite of what they want so they are really frustrated.

So, let’s talk about the Law of Attraction, since it’s been improperly taught, highly misunderstood and therefore a source of frustration for many people. The Law of Attraction is one of the most fundamental laws of physics and is the way material effects are produced. In actuality, it’s the operating law (like the operating system) for the Law of Cause and Effect.
