Releasing Negative Emotions through Meridian Tapping

What I’m about to share with you is a technique my wife & I discovered almost five years ago which has dramatically changed our lives. After experiencing first hand the results of this amazing strategy we began using it with friends and family members, and subsequently in live seminars and it has transformed the lives of those we’ve worked with.

EFT or Meridian tapping, also known as energy psychology, is based on principles that have been practiced in Eastern medicine for over 5000 years. Like acupuncture and acupressure, EFT is a set of techniques, which utilizes the body’s energy meridian points. Unlike acupuncture, you stimulate these meridian points by tapping on them with your fingertips without using needles, - basically tapping into your body’s own energy and healing power.
It is simple and painless. The basic technique requires you to focus on the negative emotion, fear, anxiety, pain, limiting belief, or anything that is bothering you. While maintaining your focus on the issue, using your fingertips you tap 5 to 7 times each on 8 of the meridian points of the body to release the trapped energy.
This new method is based on the discovery that our emotional and physical problems are caused or contributed to by our unresolved events, traumas, past memories and incidents that caused us emotional distress. In reality it is negative energy and thought trapped in our subconscious mind. Once we’ve released the e-motion (energy in motion that has been trapped in our mind-body), the body can rebalance itself.
